1) You must own (C)Copyright or have a licence to use the images and/or banners you submit. You must also ensure your images and/or banners do not breach a third parties trademark, Copyright or Patent. There are no exceptions to this rule.

2) You must only post images and banners that are located on your website, or a website operated by yourself. You must not hotlink to a third parties images or banners.

3) Posting of bestiality, child pornography, snuff, and under-age material is strictly prohibited as is the posting of material that promotes non-consensual sexual abuse. Any individual found posting such material will be blocked from making future postings, and those who submit child pornography or under-age material will have their details passed to law enforcement agencies.

4) Descriptions submitted with your images and banners must not contain illegal descriptions or give the impression that your site contains illegal material.

5) All material submitted must be deemed legal and acceptable under United States Federal Law. All models featured must be aged 18 or over.

6) The Board reserves the right to withdraw without notice any postings that are in breach of conditions 1 to 5, and to block access to the board by those responsible.

7) All images posted must be of decent quality and size (thumbnails are not acceptable). Censored images are fine providing the image is still deemed worth viewing/downloading and will entice surfers to visit the site that has submitted the image.

8) All submitted URLS must begin with ' http:// ' , and must be active at time of submission.

9) You must ensure your links, images and banners remain active for as long as your posting remains on the board.

10) You agree to indemnify the board, its operators, agents, isp and owners in full against any legal or civil actions or liabilities that result as a direct result of your use of the board, and will pay 99.9% of all legal costs, related fees and expenses incurred by the board, its operators, agents and owners if such an action or liability arises.

11) The board reserves the right to remove, edit or permanently block any posting submission, and terminate this free service at any time.

12) This board is provided for responsible use by Adult Industry webmasters. If you cannot use the board in a decent adult manner and act like a juvenile then you will not be able to use the board again, and further action could be taken against you.

14) You should provide a link to Bondage Picture Post from the url you are submitting. You should ensure this link is in place before you submit your posting as all new submissions are verified and your posting will be deleted if no reciprocal link is found. This does not apply to sites that already have a link exchange agreement with Bondage Post.

Return links to the board should not be buried or on pages that will not be reachable by normal visitors to your site. Creating a page with a return link just for the purposes of meeting the return link criteria is not enough. There is no point having a link on a page that will only be viewed by the people we send to you.

You should link to http://www.depravity.com/bondage/ with either the description 'BONDAGE PICTURE POST' or use the banner below. If you use the banner, please save it to your hard drive and load it from your site, NOT ours:

15) You must use a valid email address when submitting posts. This must be an address used by you and not a third party. We do not share email addresses or use them for any marketing whatsoever however for technical purposes a valid address is required and if your address either is invalid or your server refuses to accept submission approval emails then we will block you.

16) Your site MUST NOT contain any underage, bestiality, obscene, illegal , non consensual, racist or hate related content. Period. Same goes for ALL sites that are linked to off your site. If we find you linking to sites or content as mentioned above then we will report you to the authorities.

17) Postings are restricted to 5 posts per site per day. Repeated multiple postings above this limit will result in blacklisting.

18) Do not simply keep repeatedly posting the same pics , even if they do not get approved. If we don't add a post it is either because it violates the rules in some way or we just think it isn't worth adding. If you keep submitting the same old stuff you'll just piss us off and we'll blacklist you.

19) Submission of a posting (complete or incomplete) signifies full acceptance of these terms and conditions .

Bondage Picture Post uses the following criteria to assess whether or not your posting will be approved:

1) Compliance with terms and conditions above

2) Past abuses of the Board

3) Use of fake email address

4) Descriptions not matching the image posted

5) Picture size and Quality

6) Number of postings made by you on a daily basis

7) Whether or not images have been posted before , and recently

8) Whether or not you send traffic back

Some of you operate several sites and post using several email addresses. It isn't rocket science to know this. Also some of you operate alternate entry pages for your sites, for the purpose of Picture Post traffic. We know in these cases the only way we will get traffic back is if you have links from several picture posts going to the same place.

If you post tens of pics every day, and don't send us traffic back, we will know about it and we will start to limit the number of your posts we approve each day. Ultimately we may blacklist you. We know which sites have genuine reasons for not sending much traffic (e.g. they are new or have low traffic anyway) and we know which sites exist just to make a quick buck and never send traffic back.

If we approve lots of postings and all of a sudden you remove our link, we will delete your posts and blacklist you. If you post daily submissions with invalid image and banner URLS then you are either (a) taking the piss, or (b) either you or your host have setup a system to prevent your images being viewed off-site. If you continue to post regardless (and this causes us headaches) then we will blacklist you.

Post underage porn and we'll blacklist you..... and report you.

We also share information with other picture posts and your past crimes may come to haunt you if we blacklist you because of something you did elsewhere and, in turn, if you piss us off, you may find you are unable to post elsewhere also.

Ultimately it is about being fair and honest. If everyone posts and sends some traffic back, everyone wins but if someone posts 30/40 pics a day, every day, and never sends a hit back, then the genuine posters suffer, and we won't allow it.

If you post for sites that do not send traffic back but would like to send traffic from an alternative source, contact us to notify us of your usual URLS and the URL where traffic will be coming from.
